Offering a wide range of programs, from PreK classes to Competitive Teams, cheer, open gym and more. Caring and motivated coaches instruct students in a positive learning environment. Younger classes focus on self-esteem, body awareness, coordination and overall strength. Beginner classes do the same but also work basic gymnastics tech
Offering a wide range of programs, from PreK classes to Competitive Teams, cheer, open gym and more. Caring and motivated coaches instruct students in a positive learning environment. Younger classes focus on self-esteem, body awareness, coordination and overall strength. Beginner classes do the same but also work basic gymnastics technique while working skills on all apparatus. Team classes work to refine skills, build strength, increase flexibility, and prepare for competition.
Our cheer classes focus on conditioning, tumbling and basic cheer stunts and skills.
